  10. Finally there's an English demo version available for your Atari.

  12. Release dates for Zero-X:
  13.   Demo version 0.9x, September 19 1994
  14.   Final version 1.0, week 41      1994

  16. You will get a demo manual along with the demo (in ASCII format).

  18. The LIMITS of the DEMO are as follow:
  19. =====================================
  20. - No Save or Export
  21. - No Midi Dump send, but you will be able to receive
  22. - Only convert files to .AVR
  23. - After an AutoLoop/AutoSearch has been performed, the loop positions
  24.   will not be displayed neither as Words (numbers :-)) nor as pointers.
  25.   Zero-X will also disable most of the other functions, but you will 
  26.   of course be able to listen to the loop.
  27.   To further edit anything you must reload the sample.
  28. - No SCSI send, but you will be able to receive via SCSI.
  29. - The speed in the SCSI send has been slowed down (still faster than
  30.   midi send though).
  31. - Only SCSI transfer support for the Falcon. In Zero-X v1.0 the TT
  32.   will also be supported.
  33. - The score-value sheet in SplitDrum is not included.
  34. - Only Midi Sample Dump Standard and SMDI (SCSI dump standard) are
  35.   supported. We are currently working on implementing 
  36.   support for Ensoniq EPS/16/+ and ASR 10.
  37.   If you have the sample dump specification of an equipment Zero-X 
  38.   is not currently supporting, please contact us.
  39. - The routines for AutoLoop and AutoSearch are slowed down a bit.
  40. - Although there is a special ST/STe/TT-version included in the
  41.   package, we haven't tested this specific version for a while.
  42.   Please report any errors.

  44. - E'hrm, I guess there might be some bugs still left... 
  45.   If you think you have found a bug, we would appreciate if you 
  46.   could do the following:
  47.   Try to recreate the situation, write down what you have done,
  48.   specify what version of Zero-X you are using,
  49.   write down what equipment you are using i.e. computer, 
  50.   TOS version, auto start programs and/or .ACC etc,
  51.   and PLEASE contact *us* ASAP!!!

  53. BTW, there is no need for hacking the demo program to get rid of the
  54. demo limits as it is actually compiled without the functions.
